We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2018, at the age of 64, Doug Werner (Puyallup, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father David Werner. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Werner; his wife Sandy Werner (Frankhauser); his children, Stacy Johnson (Dan), Lacey Vitale and Shelby Frazier (Alex Werner); his brother Dave Werner (Dan Werner); and his grandchildren, Kyran Johnson, Kaleysa Johnson, Ashton Frazier and Thea Frazier.
