He is survived by: his spouse Val Cazier; his former wife Vickie Spencer; his sister Juanita Kinzer (Busch) of Uniontown, WA; and his half-sisters, Carol Jorstad and Jeanette Milne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
