It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Franks of Pullman, Washington, born in Pocatello, Idaho, who passed away on July 30, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband J. Richard Franks; her siblings, Lorna, Virginia, Joyce and Allen; and her grandson Caleb Franks.
