It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Emerson of Pullman, Washington, born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Emerson and Jean Emerson (Leonard) of Pullman, WA.; his former spouse Crista Miller; his wife Joan Druffel; his children, Randy Emerson (Kimi) of Pullman and Karen Connacher (Colin) of Butte, MT; his grandchildren, Kaelan and Magnolia; his stepchildren, Lee, Craig, Russ Druffel, Pam Kincaid, Joy Scourey and Julie Grote; and his siblings, Bill Emerson (Judith) of Steamboat Springs, CO and Roberta Emerson of Spokane. He was also cherished by 22 step-grandchildren and 18 step-great grandchildren.

Proper social distancing and mask wearing will be observed.
