He is survived by: his daughter Amber; his son-in-law Jason Butcherite; his daughter Stefanie Jezek; his grandchildren, Bailey Line, Chloe Jezek, Jillian and Jaden Butcherite; his sister Diane Antus; his nieces, Kathy and Terry; his half-sister Theresa Tolonie; his pet Max; and his friend Bob.
