He is survived by: his wife Shuree; his children, Valyn Phelps (Trenton), Kyanna Hurst, Lexus Emery, Aiden Boylen (Jazmine Bonner), Justin Cairns (Abby Spurgeon), Mark Boylen, Cortnie Strohmaier (Ty) and Brian Scott; his siblings, Lanna Dollar (Andrew), Curtis Hurst (Lillie) and Eugene Hurst (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Michael, Evelyn Strohmaier, Brynlee, Sawyar Phelps, Nevaeh Boylen and Rico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
