She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Horstmann and Harriet Horstmann (Hanson); her sister-in-law Deborah Hovander; and her nephew Eli. She is survived by: her son Cort Leininger (Candice Small) of Seattle; her brothers, David Horstmann of Minneapolis and Paul Horstmann (Margaret Ann) of Saint Paul; and her nieces and nephews, Sarah, Eve, Camille, Yasha and Steven.

Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
