She was predeceased by: her parents, Deuward Lawrence and Pearl Lawrence (Anderson); her son Jerald Ruddy; and her sisters, Verneita Anderson and Norma Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Allan Ruddy of Pullman; her children, Shauna Ruddy Startzel (David) of Woodinville, WA, Teresa Ruddy Landrum (Darrell) of Lewiston, ID and Ryan Ruddy (Therese) of Las Vegas, NV; and her grandchildren, Danielle Werner, Breanna Startzel, Scott Startzel, Miranda Ferry and Heath Brewer. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
