It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Gaskins Jr. of Pullman, Washington, born in Billings, Montana, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gaskins and Helen Gaskins. He is survived by: his wife Felicia; his brother Walter Gaskins (Yoshiko) of Morgan Hills, CA; his children, Helen L. (Carl) of Portland, OR and William T. Gaskins III (Carmen) of Bothel, WA; his brother-in-law W. Don Cornwell (Saundra) of Brooklyn, NY; and his grandchildren, Carlen A. of Portland, OR, Courtney A. (Adam Ebberbach) of Vancouver, WA, Hilary Zuniga Camacho of Bothel, WA, Jorge Zuniga Camacho of Bothel, WA and Caleb J. of Portland, OR.

A service to honor Bill's life will not be held until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to: Pullman Regional Hospital Gaskins Scholars Award, 840 SE Bishop Blvd, Suite 200, Pullman, WA 99163.
