She was predeceased by: her husband Chas; and her brother Mike Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Deuel, Dan Deuel, Bill Nagel, Jeanette Belz, Liza Nagel, Trish Niehl, Bob Niehl and Rob Nagel; her grandchildren, Michael Niehl, Shelby Niehl, David Niehl, Bekah Niehl and Patricia Woody; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Emersyn, Lucas and Cody Niehl.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nagel Scholarship in Food Science, Human Nutrition & Enology at Washington State University.
