She is survived by: her former husband Stanley Steele; her husband David Whelchel; her son Philip Steele (Agnieszka) of Poland; her grandchildren, Suzuka, Amber, Marcus and Timothy; her daughter Evelyn Goldsmith (Jeff) of Klamath Falls; her grandchildren, Annie, Joseph and John; her children, Michael Steele (Mariana) of Fayetteville and Georgia; her grandchildren, Brian, Megan and Emily; her son David Steele (Christina) of Elko, NV; her brothers, Larry Stevens, Sid Stevens and Leigh Stevens; her stepchild Kelsey Valbert (Duane) of Pullman, WA; her stepgrandsons, Anthony and Zachary; her stepson Aaron Whelchel (Shae) of Vancouver, WA; and her stepgrandchild Rowan.
