He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winter and Ida Mae Winter (Anderson); and his sister Lola Lovell. He is survived by: his wife Helen Oliver; his daughters, Karen and Cheryl; and his nephew Sam Culp. He is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
