He was predeceased by: his parents, Salomon Rivera and Juana Salgado; and his granddaughter Aliana Rivera-Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Cirila Rivera of Prosser; his children, Luis Rivera Jr. of Prosser, San Juanita Rivera of Prosser, Maria T. Rivera of Prosser, Amelia Rivera-Solano of Grandview, Sonia Rivera and Diana Wilson of Prosser; his grandchildren, Julissa Rivera, Eric V. Rivera, Jaelyn Rivera, Aleynna Rivera, Jacquelyn Rivera, Aven Wilson, Zaiden Wilson, Andrea Briones, Luis David Rivera, Leia Solano and Leilah Solano; and his siblings, Salomon, Efrain, Roberto Rivera, Irma Brito, Eva Brito, Maria Rivera and Cirila Hernandez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and by many friends.
