He is survived by: his parents, Eliberta Santoy and Manuel Santoy; his cousins, Junior, David and Larry; his wife Shannon Santoy; his children, Andre Santoy, Mercedes Santoy, Isaiah Santoy and Noah Santoy; his grandson Enoch Caulder; and his sisters, Marisela Rodriguez "Santoy", Marivel Santoy and Leticia Griffiths "Santoy". He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Scared Heart Catholic Church (1905 Highland Dr, Prosser, WA 99350). A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Prosser Cemetery.
