He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Bean and Maude Bean. He is survived by: his brothers, Gerald Bean of Kelso and Ronald Bean of San Jacinto; and his children, Judy (Stan) of McKinney, Wayne (Emily) of Prosser and Joyce (Tom) of Fall City, Washington.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
