He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst Fowler and Clara Stark; his daughter Becky; his brother Jim; and his nephew Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann; his daughter-in-law Chelsea Wagner-Stark; his sister Marye Anne Read; his brother-in-law Emerson Read; his nephews, Steven Stark, Michael Stark, William Read and James Read; his nieces-in-law, Kris Stark, Karen Mockler and Jennifer Burke; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Stark, Natalie Stark, Bridget Stark, Henry Stark, Isaac Stark, Carson Read and Michael Read.
