She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Bone; her children, Julie Donah (Steve), Bryan Jacobsen (Lubna) and Lenora Johnson (Louie); her sister Crystal Clark; her stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Donah (Amy), Daniel Donah, Simeon Hovinbole, Cameron Johnson, Sarah Hovinbole (Espen Bergstrom) and Jewel Johnson; and also, Karl Jacobsen (Sandy) and Greg. She is also survived by wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, and friend.
In lieu of flowers her family suggests donations in her honor to a scholarship fund or other.
