He was predeceased by: his wife Merleen; his parents, Jacob McMillen and Charlotte McMillen; and his siblings, Charles, John, Dorothy, Estelle and Katherine.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia McMillen, Matthew McMillen (Nessa) and Martin McMillen; and his siblings, Edwin McMillen and Mary Willis of Missouri. He is also survived by friends, doing crossword puzzles, playing solitaire and he loved being around his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
