He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Stuart and Mildred Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Lynna Stuart; his son Brock (Melissa); his stepdaughter Suzanne Conrad (William); his sisters, Patsy Stimpson, Maribeth Long and Vicki Fredericks of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Jonah Stuart.
In lieu of flowers monetary donations to Habitat for Humanity or Boys Town are appreciated in Jeb's honor.
