We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2024, at the age of 86, George A. Carr Jr. (Port Orchard, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to George's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration George has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carr and Mary Carr (Shea); and his brother Robert Charles Carr. He is survived by: his wife Joan Carr; his daughter J'aime Carr; his grandsons, Brian Miller, Kenneth George Rushton (Vanessa) and Jack Thomas Rushton; and his great grandchild Leo Joseph Rushton.
