She was predeceased by: her son Gary Eugene. She is survived by: her children, Betty L. Hill (Jim), Charles E. Looney, Jr. (Patty) and Douglas R. Looney (Sharon). She is also survived by Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend.

Memorial donations may be made in Evelyn's name to Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
