It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Leonard Lyons of Port Angeles, Washington, born in Marysville, Washington, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Henry Lyons and Blanche Bates Lyons; his wife Beverley Jean Van Proyen; his brothers, Stanley Lyons and Donald Lyons; and his grandson Charlie Joe Cortez.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Lyons Olsen, Randy (Annette), Rick (Roni) and Alan Cortez (Paula); and his close friend Dean Crider. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of long-time friends.
