“I am in complete shock about Jim's passing. He came down to California last summer and stayed with me for a week. That was the first time I had seen him in many years. We served together in Farah, Afghanistan from April of 2006 to 2007. We rode motorcycles to Laughlin, NV a few times for the bike week. Jim will always be my mentor.”
