He was predeceased by: his parent Dorian Heyen. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Heyen; his daughter Bryttney Heyen; and his siblings, Donald Heyen, Christina DeStefano, Cathey Gormsen and Caren Johnson. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
