Dean Layton Whiteley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Layton Whiteley of Pasco, Washington, born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dean farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Layton Whiteley and Dorothy Whiteley (Heberlein); his daughter JoLynne Whiteley; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Ferguson, Dick Parnell and Vern Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his daughter Jennifer; and his sisters, Deanna Ferguson and Debbie Hayward. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
