He was predeceased by: his parents, Trinidad Aranda and Petra Aranda (Acevedo); his wife Elida "Betina" Isabel Torres; his siblings, Armando Aranda, Abel Aranda, Maria Rodriguez and Juan Manuel Aranda; and his son Guadalupe "Wally" Aranda.
He is survived by: his children, Jose "Leo" Aranda (Marcy), Graciela Bell (Donald Sr) and Manuela "Nally" Aranda; and his daughter-in-law Deanna Aranda. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
