She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Devillo Becker and Mariana Brown Becker. She is survived by: her spouse Williard "Bill" Phillips; her children, Melodie Williams and David Phillips; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth and AJ Selby (Jeb).
