It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Jessie Powers in Pasco, Washington, born in Coeburn, Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Nixon and Margaret V. Nixon (Colyer); her husband Rev. Raymond S. Powers; and her children-in-law, Gloria Powers (Owens) and Gary Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Vaughn, James Powers (Kathy), Betty Lemaster (Larry), Debbie Lazorski (David), Nathaniel Powers (Irma) and Mona Gray (Mike). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
