He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Starr and Sophie Starr (Hendrickson); his wife Sandra Starr; his children, Dan Starr (Erin) of Lewiston, ID, Brent Starr (Kateria) of Lewiston, ID and Lisa Rhudy (Russell); and his sister Harriet Pump. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.
