She was predeceased by: her parents, Olai Wigen and Kari Wigen (Kvello); her husband James Harold Carty; her granddaughter April Lea Carty; and her siblings, Jurgen, Byron, Alton, Arthur Wigen, Cora Johansen and Olive Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Carty (Barbara), Robert Carty (Laura) and Diana Lynn Lightle (Steve) of Lake Stevens, WA. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great-granddaughter.
