She is survived by : her husband Lee Forvour of Ocean Shores; her daughter Jerry Beaumarige of Fairbanks, Alaska; her son-in-law Jerry Hubbard of Fairbanks, Alaska; her children, Randy (Sharon Johnson) of Amarillo, Texas, Lanis Reich of Las Vegas, Nevada and Barry (Carol Forvour) of Ocean Shores; and her great great grandchild Louise.
