He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas E. Noggles and Stella Mae Noggles (Alford); his sister Judy Dalton of Las Vegas; his siblings-in-law, Glenndala Noggles, Rick, Sue Noggles, Jim and Jody Noggles; his great-nieces, Breana and Lindsay Noggles; his close friend Leona Benshoof (Karen Keogh); and his brother Fred Noggles. He was also cherished by many special friends and co-workers.
