He is survived by: his parents, Elsie Ruth (Maling) and George Kaiser; his wife Phyllis Kaiser of Outlook, WA.; his children, Sherri Vogel (Brian) of Sunnyside, WA, Karen Cox (Jon) of Las Vegas, NV and David Kaiser (Hollie) of West Richland, WA.; and his brother John Kaiser (Dolores) of Sunnyside, WA. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, one great grandchild.
