She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turbak and Marjorie Turbak; and her siblings, Gene Turbak, Lois Bening and Janice Crall.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Johnson; her children, Vickie (John Forster), Debbie (John Clift), Teresa (Rob Cutshall), Wendy (Dan Malloy), Lisa (Dave Bosch) and John; her daughter-in-law Lisa Johnson; and her siblings, Jack Turbak and Carol Bottinelli. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rita's name to the Salvation Army and St. Joseph's Catholic Parrish, Otis Orchards, Washington.
