She is survived by: her father Joaquin Alanis; her sons, Jayden and Maddox; her mother Juana Alanis; her siblings, Gaby Diaz, Agustin Alanis and Valeria Perez; her niece Jenevy; and her nephews, Francisco and Gabriel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests people make donations to one of Raquel's favorite charities, the National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome.
