He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Antu and Maria Antu; his son Juan Ramon Antu; and his grandson Ricardo Garza Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Maria L. Antu; his close friend Odie; and his children, Luz Maria Fleishman (Jim), Araceli Laguna (Jorge), Mona Cortez (Jose), Oralia Weeda (Lance), Angelica Singsanavong (Kham) and Cyndi Antu (Justin Benzel). He is also survived by 7 children, 28 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren.
