He was predeceased by: his parents, Estanilado Riojas and Manuela Riojas; his sisters, Martha, Jesusa and Emma; and his grandchildren, Jayme Riojas and Demetrio Martinez.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Riojas; his children, Teresa Ward (Brad), Dennis Riojas, Jesse Riojas (Janette), Frankie Riojas (Angel), Maria Martinez (Karl), Jesus Martinez (Michelle), Steven Martinez (Angel), Yancey Alvarez, Corinna Tax (Tyson), Amanda Beard, Jr. and Crystal Ortega; and his siblings, Pedro, Petra, Teo, Cata, Genovevo and Maria. He is also survived by 42 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
