He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mefford and Charlotte Mefford (Waters); his wife Judy Roe Mefford; and his daughter Susan Lamb. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Mefford of Nebraska and Carolyn Slaughter of Indiana; and his daughters, Debra Larsen (Matt), Sharon Marx of Post Falls, Idaho, Jacqueline Jewell (Michael) of Moses Lake, Washington and Melissa Calzadillas (John) of Halethorpe, Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
