She is survived by: her mother Leslie Christina Nelson; her husband Kenneth Johnson; her children, Jeffrey Lockard (Amy), Christina Lockard (Ricardo), Johnathon Lockard (Janae) and Kayleen Johnson (Chris); her grandchildren, Ian, Dominic, Haylie, Jackson, Faith, Micah, Jayden, LilyMay, Zachary, Camden, Paisley and Samantha; her stepfather Fritz Kliphardt; her mother-in-law Wanda Johnson; and her siblings, Terry, Jeff, Neil, Mike and Jennifer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests people make donations to the Othello Community Christmas Baskets in her name.
