He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ramon Figueroa. He is survived by: his parents, Juana Hernandez and Ezequiel Figueroa; his siblings, Shalamar E. Hernandez, Paola Hernandez, Fatima Figueroa-Hernandez and Raul Salinas Hernandez; and his nieces, Daliciah J. Morales, Sophia E. Hernandez, Wilker J. Landaeta, Ace, Marina Hernandez and Emiliano Hernandez.
