It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elena Blanco (Othello, Washington), born in Kingsville, Texas, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Julian Villarreal; and her daughter Rosa Villarreal. She is survived by: her children, Nina Vargas, Noe Villarreal, Elena Villarreal, Maggie Villarreal, Christy Gonzalez, Gloria Rodelo, Daniel Villarreal and Jesse Villarreal. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren.
