He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Benzel and Lydia Benzel. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ostermiller; and his children, Shirley Goebel (Lucky) of Plano, Rick Benzel and Larry Benzel (Gaye) of Othello, Washington.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
