He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Tosh and Nathan Tosh. He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Palmer Tosh; and his children, Cindy Colley (Richard), Dan Tosh (Denice) and Jeff Tosh (Tonja). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
