She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Russell Boesiger; her daughters, Jennifer West and Jessica Howisey; her sons-in-law, Jason West and Bryan Howisey; and her grandchildren, Riley, Ava West, Aislinn and Sabra Howisey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Julie's favorite charity, the Wounded Warrior Project.
