He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Hicks and Josephine Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Hicks; his children, Shannon, Angela Hicks, Bobby Cordle and Cathy Davis; and his siblings, Darlene Prince, Marlene Blackburn and James Guss Hicks. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
