She was predeceased by: her husband Grant Lewis; her sons, Tom, Allen and Steve; her parents, John Bork and Francis Bork; and her siblings, Gertrude, Margaret, Madie, Conrad and Walter.
She is survived by: her family Grant Lewis of Oroville, Washington.; her daughters, Marcy Divine and Mikki Lewis; her siblings, John, David Bork and Irene Fayed; her grandchildren, Casey Divine, Nicholas Lewis, Heather Barton, Jake Barton, Emili Divine and Kelly Myer; and her great grandchild Alice Divine.
