He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Bauer; his daughters, MorgAnn Jean and Makenna Sue; his wife Cherrie Melby; his daughter Makenna Melby of Olympia, WA; his father Delbert Melby of Westby, MT; and his siblings, Kenny Melby (Miriam) of Westby, MT, Lori Melby of San Diego, CA and Karen Carr (Shelton). He is also survived by 6 nephews, 5 nieces, 2 great-nieces and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
