She was predeceased by: her father Steven. She is survived by: her daughter Layla; her husband Josh; her mother Marilyn (Chris); and her siblings, Aaron, Jon (Gina) and Denise (Chris). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we will be setting up a fund for Layla.
