She is survived by: her husband Donnie; her son Levi; her parents, Gary Butler and Sandi Butler (Daniels); her sister Nicole Noel (Shane); her nephews, Blake Noel, Brad Noel, Bailey Noel, Mikey Brown (Chris), Jesse Brown and Austin Ayers; her niece Tina Vorse (Jared); her great-nephew Wyatt Vorse; and her mother-in-law Pat Nausley. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
