He is survived by: his children, Timothy, Danyel, Jerilee (Daniel), Matthew (Laura) and Shannon; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Sammantha, Payton, Bryson, Jaxynn and Ayvaleigh; his great grandchild Talon; his siblings, Earl, Tom and Sue; his friend Jerri; and his mother-in-law Mary Clark.
